Engaged as a senior program strategist / advisor to help manage – and provide [both] insight and assistance, to the program management team, in the strategic planning  and execution, of [a] multi-year, $200M dollar, enterprise level program slated to replace the Teachers’ Pension Retirement System of the City of New York.

  • Provide expert consultation on enterprise level implementations of a pension technology systems

  • Attended scope / visioning session, alongside senior management,  to provide strategic program insight and advise

  • Independently help manage various projects/ resources/ efforts to support the program.
