Structured PMO Environment .  Retained by IT to take-over, oversee and articulate an end-state vision, while managing the ground-up design, development, and implementation of a NEW Treasury Web Portal and Content Management System (CMS) -  using pre-selected technologies and 3rd party services such as TIBCO, WordPress, Omniture, Wall Street ON-Demand, CNBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.

Responsible for [the] planning and managing of activities and conversations between the UX/UI [portal] design/development  team, both on and offshore; and senior business / product owners within the FX, Commodities, Sovereign Risk, Short & Long Term Funding, Legal, Policies, Compliance, Finance and Risk Management arenas .

Responsible for adhering to GE's strict PMO methodology;  managing, delivering and communicating activities and plans directly to the various check-point steering committees -  within a highly complex;  phase driven PMO practice

Engaged as a Senior ba, BSA and QA Manager for THREE  initiatives know as OPLSI (Other Personal Liability – Subscriber Information) Smart Pend and ACA (Automatic Claims Adjudication),

engaged to examine project state and deliverables to recommend mitigated transition plan for troubled initiative.  carried-out internal functional requirement and use-case reviews to facilitate clarification and delivery of [accurate] technical design documents for built phase– scheduled, planned and carried-out discussions with  senior-leadership and stakeholder - from both camps – to inform, elicit [information]  and  carryout exercises pertinent to the creation/refining of information– positioned by consultancy group to maintain client-facing activities with clients  while working with THREE separate deliverable teams – comprised of technical and functional personnel– requested by client to take control of QA phase to help mold and manage the process, via HP Quality Center and case complete.
